Website Fulfillment

  • $797 Partner Price per website.
  • Paid 100% before fulfillment begins.
  • Target turnaround: 5 business days after required information, access, and payment are available.
  • One consolidated revision round when requested within two weeks of the initial build/publishing.

Monthly SEO Fulfillment

  • $397/month per active client, billed in advance.
  • Recommended initial commitment: 3 months.
  • After the first 3 months, fulfillment becomes month-to-month.
  • Written cancellation is required at least 72 hours before the next scheduled payment.

The program is intentionally simple. Here are the questions that matter most before you start selling it.

Do I have to charge exactly $1,597 for a website or $797/month for SEO?

No. Those are Suggested Resell Prices. Your agency controls what it charges, whether you bundle the services, and whether you run promotions or discounts. Our wholesale Partner Price remains fixed.

Where are the websites built?

Directly inside your client's sub-account under your HighLevel agency. The client website is not built on a separate third-party platform that we control.

Will you communicate with my clients?

No. We operate behind the scenes. Your agency remains the client-facing provider, and communication with the end client stays your responsibility.

Who owns the client relationship and controls the website?

Your agency controls the client relationship and the client's HighLevel account. See the White Label Partner Terms for detailed ownership, transfer, and sub-account provisions.

Are GHL Zone Agent usage costs included in the $797 or $397?

No. Actual agent usage is the only separate fulfillment-related expense. Runs take place through your own GHL Zone Vault so you can see the usage, history, and costs directly.

Can I run the agents myself later?

Yes. You can keep using our fulfillment, bring selected tasks in-house, train a VA, or operate the full agent workflow yourself. For work you perform internally, you pay only the applicable direct agent usage.

Can my clients cancel Monthly SEO?

We recommend partners sell an initial 3-month SEO commitment. After that initial period, our fulfillment becomes month-to-month subject to written cancellation at least 72 hours before the next scheduled payment.

Can clients request specific content?

Yes. Partners or clients may request services, products, service areas, topics, or articles for consideration. Final scheduling should still account for research, SEO opportunity, site structure, and live data.

Are rankings, traffic, leads, or AI recommendations guaranteed?

No. The service provides research, content, technical structure, on-page optimization, publishing, indexing workflows, and ongoing site expansion. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, AI recommendations, AI Overview placements, or specific search positions.

Do I need GHL Meets SEO to become a partner?

Yes. Partner fulfillment operates through the GHL Meets SEO system. HighLevel agencies that do not already own it can use an applicable partner onboarding access option before beginning fulfillment.
