White Label Partner Terms
These terms govern website and monthly SEO fulfillment ordered through the GHL Meets SEO White Label Partner Program, including billing, GHL Zone Agent usage, responsibilities, revisions, cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, ownership and transfers.
Target completion within 5 business days after all required information, access and payment are available.
Billed in advance with a recommended initial three-month commitment.
Written notice is required at least 72 hours before the next scheduled SEO payment.
Actual GHL Zone Agent usage runs through the Partner's own funded Vault account.
Agreement and Scope
What these terms govern and who the agreement is between.
These White Label Partner Terms ("Terms") govern fulfillment services ordered by a participating HighLevel agency ("Partner" or "Partner Agency") from Customers Plus Inc., including services operated through the GHL Meets SEO and GHL Zone systems ("we," "us," or "Provider").
These Terms apply to White Label website fulfillment, Monthly SEO fulfillment and related Partner fulfillment services ordered through the program.
The Partner's agreement with its own end client is a separate agreement. These Terms govern the relationship between the Partner Agency and Provider only.
Partner Eligibility and Required Access
Requirements before fulfillment can be ordered.
The White Label Partner Program is intended for active HighLevel agencies using the GHL Meets SEO system.
A Partner must have the applicable GHL Meets SEO access required for fulfillment. Agencies that do not already have the required system access may use an applicable Partner onboarding option before beginning fulfillment. Partner access or onboarding purchases are separate from website fulfillment, Monthly SEO fulfillment and GHL Zone Agent usage.
Before the Partner's first fulfillment order begins, Provider may require:
- A valid payment method or card on file;
- Acceptance of these Terms or any applicable Partner agreement;
- Required HighLevel account access;
- An active GHL Zone Vault when Agent usage is required; and
- Complete client/business information necessary for fulfillment.
There is no required client-volume or monthly sales-volume minimum unless otherwise agreed in writing.
White Label Relationship and End Clients
The Partner owns the commercial relationship with its client.
The Partner Agency remains the client-facing provider. The Partner controls its sales process, offers, client pricing, contracts, onboarding, support and commercial relationship with each end client.
Provider performs fulfillment for the Partner and does not communicate directly with the Partner's end clients.
An end client does not need to know Provider is involved unless the Partner chooses to disclose that relationship. Even when Provider's involvement is disclosed, normal communication regarding fulfillment continues through the Partner Agency.
Partner Pricing, Resale Pricing and Billing
Partner fulfillment rates are separate from what the Partner charges its client.
Provider bills the Partner Agency for fulfillment. The Partner Agency separately bills and collects from its own end client.
Paid 100% before website fulfillment begins.
Per active client and billed in advance.
Current Suggested Resell Prices are $1,597+ for website fulfillment and $797+/month for Monthly SEO. These are recommendations only and are not mandatory end-client prices.
The Partner may charge more, charge less, bundle services, offer promotions, include the services inside larger plans, or otherwise establish its own end-client pricing.
The Partner's pricing decisions do not change the Partner fulfillment rates owed to Provider for work ordered.
Website Fulfillment
Payment, timing, access and basic fulfillment terms.
Website fulfillment is currently priced at $797 per website and must be paid 100% before fulfillment begins.
The standard website product is a complete HighLevel-native website built directly inside the applicable client's HighLevel sub-account under the Partner Agency.
The standard target turnaround is five business days after all required business information, account access, payment and other necessary inputs have been received and are usable.
The turnaround period is a target rather than a guarantee. Delays caused by incomplete information, missing access, third-party systems, DNS changes, client changes or other dependencies outside Provider's control may extend the completion timeline.
When direct DNS changes are required, the Partner Agency or end client is responsible for applying the required DNS records directly at the domain provider. Provider handles the remaining website/domain configuration included with fulfillment.
The complete current website scope is described on the White Label SEO Partner Program page .
Monthly SEO Fulfillment
Recurring billing, production cycles and content delivery.
Monthly SEO fulfillment is currently priced at $397/month per active client and is billed in advance.
The recommended initial fulfillment commitment is three monthly billing cycles. After the initial three-month period, fulfillment becomes month-to-month unless a different written arrangement applies.
The Partner may require a longer commitment from its own end client. The Partner's end-client commitment does not alter the Partner's obligations to Provider for fulfillment ordered.
Each active monthly SEO cycle currently includes six strategic content pages and the related fulfillment described on the Partner Program page.
Monthly content is targeted for publication within 30 days of each applicable billing cycle.
Monthly page selection may include service/product pages, service-area or city pages, blog articles, or another strategic combination based on research, site structure, opportunity, live data and requested priorities.
GHL Zone Vault and Agent Usage Costs
Agent usage belongs to the Partner's own Vault and is billed separately from fulfillment.
Each Partner uses its own GHL Zone Vault account for applicable Agent production.
The Partner:
- Maintains access to its own Vault;
- Adds and maintains its own applicable payment method;
- Pays the actual Agent usage/token charges generated by its fulfillment runs;
- Can review applicable runs, history and usage costs; and
- Authorizes Provider to access and operate the Partner's Vault when Provider is performing fulfillment on the Partner's behalf.
Actual Agent usage is the only separate production-related cost outside the stated $797 website fulfillment charge and $397/month Monthly SEO fulfillment charge, unless a separate service or agreement is added.
Because Agent production occurs through the Partner's own Vault, the Partner may later choose to operate some or all applicable Agents internally, train a VA, or take over the complete workflow.
For work the Partner performs internally rather than ordering from Provider, the Partner does not owe Provider's website or Monthly SEO fulfillment charge for that internally performed work. The Partner remains responsible for its own applicable GHL Zone Agent usage.
End-Client Refunds, Partner Refunds and Chargebacks
The Partner remains responsible for resolving financial disputes with its own client.
The Partner Agency is solely responsible for its own end-client billing relationship, including:
- Merchant processing;
- Collections;
- Taxes;
- Refund requests from the Partner's end clients; and
- Chargebacks initiated by the Partner's end clients.
An end client's cancellation, refund request, payment dispute or chargeback does not automatically cancel the Partner's payment obligation for fulfillment already ordered from Provider.
Website Orders
For an applicable website refund related to a resolved end-client refund or chargeback, Provider will refund the Partner amount received less Provider's actual direct costs already incurred, including applicable GHL Zone Agent usage/production costs and merchant-processing fees.
The purpose of this accommodation is for Provider to retain only the direct costs already incurred rather than profit from a documented end-client refund/chargeback situation.
Monthly SEO
The same at-cost treatment may be applied to an applicable Monthly SEO end-client refund or chargeback for up to the two most recent months of Monthly SEO content service.
Applicable direct Agent/production usage costs and merchant-processing fees are deducted from any refund issued to the Partner.
Review, Revisions and Content Approval
Website revisions and Monthly SEO content use different fulfillment processes.
Website Revisions
One consolidated website revision round is included by request when the revision request is submitted within two weeks of the initial website build / publishing.
The Partner is responsible for reviewing the website, obtaining any desired client feedback, and passing the consolidated revision request to Provider.
Monthly SEO Content
Monthly SEO is a fulfillment service rather than an article-by-article approval workflow. Content is researched, generated, quality checked and published as part of the recurring production process.
Partners or end clients may request specific services, products, service areas, topics or article ideas for consideration in the content schedule. Final scheduling may still account for SEO opportunity, research, website structure and live data.
Requests to replace specific images, headlines or paragraphs may be considered. Additional revisions are handled case-by-case. Depending on the request or issue, Provider may decline the requested change or may elect to replace a page or other content at no additional fulfillment charge.
Client Relationship, Website Control and Transfers
Websites are built inside the Partner's HighLevel ecosystem rather than held on a separate Provider platform.
The Partner controls the end-client relationship and the applicable HighLevel client account.
Websites fulfilled through the program are built directly inside the applicable client's HighLevel sub-account under the Partner Agency.
Provider does not require the Partner to host the completed client website on a separate Provider-owned website platform as a condition of continued use.
Subject to the Partner's own end-client agreement, HighLevel platform capabilities and any applicable third-party requirements, the Partner may establish its own terms for transferring or ejecting a client sub-account if the client later leaves the Partner Agency.
Intellectual Property and Fulfillment Systems
Client-specific deliverables are distinct from the underlying GHL Meets SEO and GHL Zone systems used to produce them.
Client-specific websites, pages and content delivered through fulfillment are placed into the applicable Partner-controlled HighLevel client environment for the Partner's use in servicing that client, subject to any applicable rights in client-supplied or third-party materials.
Materials supplied by the Partner or its end client, including logos, photographs, trademarks, business information, copy and other proprietary assets, remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.
The Partner is responsible for ensuring it has permission to provide and use materials submitted for fulfillment.
Receiving fulfillment does not transfer ownership of the underlying GHL Meets SEO or GHL Zone systems, training, reusable Snapshot architecture, Agents, workflows, reusable templates, production methods, processes or other Provider intellectual property used to perform the work.
Third-party software, HighLevel features, external services and other third-party materials remain subject to their respective licenses, terms and platform rules.
Partner Marketing and Prohibited Claims
Partners control their sales process but may not turn fulfillment into an unsupported guarantee.
The Partner may market, package and resell its services under its own agency brand and may determine its own resale pricing.
The Partner must not represent Provider's fulfillment as guaranteeing:
- Search-engine rankings;
- Google Maps or local-pack positions;
- Website traffic;
- Leads or conversions;
- Sales or revenue;
- Profit or income;
- Client retention;
- AI recommendations;
- AI Overview placement;
- Inclusion or ranking in any AI-driven search system; or
- Any other specific marketing or financial outcome.
Suggested resale prices and profit examples are illustrative recommendations only and are not guarantees that a Partner will obtain clients, sales, revenue or profit at those amounts.

Monthly SEO Cancellation and Fulfillment Changes
Initial commitment, month-to-month service and notice requirements.
The recommended initial Monthly SEO fulfillment commitment is three monthly cycles.
After the initial three-month period, Monthly SEO fulfillment becomes month-to-month unless otherwise agreed in writing.
To prevent the next Monthly SEO payment from processing, the Partner must provide written cancellation notice at least 72 hours before the next scheduled payment.
Notice received inside the 72-hour window may be too late to prevent the next scheduled billing cycle. If the next cycle has already been charged and ordered, the applicable fulfillment remains scheduled for that paid cycle, subject to the refund/chargeback provisions of these Terms.
A Partner may stop ordering Provider fulfillment and later perform some or all applicable production internally using its own GHL Zone system.
Stopping Provider fulfillment does not transfer Provider's underlying systems or intellectual property, but it does not prevent the Partner from using the GHL Zone access and Agents otherwise available through the Partner's own account.
Results, Third-Party Platforms and Liability
Fulfillment provides work and implementation—not guaranteed marketing outcomes.
Provider supplies the applicable research, content, website production, optimization, publishing, indexing workflows and other fulfillment described for the service ordered.
Search performance and business outcomes depend on many factors outside Provider's control, including market demand, competition, business history, domain history, backlinks, citations, client responsiveness, website changes, Google Business Profile status, third-party platforms, algorithms and other factors.
Provider therefore does not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, conversions, revenue, AI recommendations, AI Overview visibility, local-pack placement or any other specific marketing or financial result.
Services also depend on third-party systems including HighLevel, Google products, domain/DNS providers, GHL Zone-supported model providers and other software or services outside Provider's direct control.
Provider is not responsible for delays, outages, feature changes, account restrictions, algorithm changes, indexing decisions, platform enforcement or other events caused by third-party services or by actions taken by the Partner or its end client.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Provider is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses resulting from the use of, inability to use, delay in, or performance of the Partner fulfillment services or applicable third-party platforms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
General Terms
How these online Terms work with separate written Partner arrangements.
If the Partner and Provider sign a separate written agreement that expressly conflicts with a provision of these online Terms, the specifically conflicting provision of the signed written agreement controls for that Partner.
A failure by either party to enforce a provision on one occasion does not by itself waive that provision for future situations.
If a provision of these Terms is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions are intended to continue to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Provider may update these posted Terms as the Partner Program, fulfillment process, GHL Meets SEO system or GHL Zone system changes. Partners should review the current Terms when ordering new fulfillment or continuing recurring fulfillment.
Questions regarding Partner fulfillment or these Terms should be directed through the normal GHL Meets SEO / Customers Plus support channel.
